Looking for the best Christmas gift ideas 2021? Don’t miss these Christmas gift guides for everyone on your list.
Note: this post is updated each year with the best Christmas gift ideas. Last updated Oct 27, 2021.
It can be tough to find the perfect gift for everyone on your list… And even though it may seem early, with all the shortages and possible delays this holiday season, I thought it might be helpful to have a gift guide ready to go. Make the holidays stress free and fun by taking care of the shopping early!
Christmas Gift Guide 2021
I’ve sorted the gift ideas 2021 into four lists:
- Christmas gift guide for him
- Christmas gift guide for her
- Christmas gift guide for teens and tweens
- Christmas gift guide for kids
But in each category, there are perfect gift ideas for teachers, Christmas gifts for grandparents, and Christmas gift ideas for hostesses or friends. I’ll try to note the ones that I think would be great for those special people! I also have plans to create a separate guide for home and hostess gifts this year.
Also, I’ve gathered gifts at a variety of price points: affordable, splurge, and in between.
Christmas Gift Ideas for Him
Guys are notoriously hard to shop for…. In fact, this year in my Instagram community, it was the most requested gift guide by far! So don’t miss these great gift ideas for the men in your life: gifts for dads, husbands, grandpas, grown sons, and friends.
You can never go wrong with a photo gift for a dad or grandpa! I love these elegant personalized brass calendars as well as these more budget-friendly wooden ones.
I think that personalized gifts like these leather toiletry bags feel elegant and yet super practical.
These are a bit of a splurge, but I love the fun, elegant twists on some old, favorite games:
And, of course, high-quality earbuds and speakers make perfect gifts for the men or teens in your life.
And how about these options for affordable gifts for dad, grandpa, or adult sons?
Christmas Gift Ideas for Her
Whether you’re looking for a great gift for mom, your wife, your grandma, your kid’s teacher, or your best friend, here are some Christmas Gift Ideas for women in your life!
My favorite might be these super cute sneakers. My husband actually bought me sneakers for Christmas last year, and they were my go-to shoe all year long!
If you don’t have one of these bags yet, be sure to put it on your Christmas list. My mom and I both have one and absolutely love them.
Check out these cute, affordable accessories for your girlfriends:
And as stocking stuffers or another affordable gift idea, I love these super highly rated (and pretty!) pens.
I think these fingerless cashmere gloves are such a fun mix of elegance and casual.
Christmas Gift Ideas for Teens/Tweens
Kids get older every year – ha! I can’t believe how quickly they outgrow playdoh and start asking for electronics. Here are my top picks for those growing young people this year.
Whether they actually plan to take it in the shower or you just like the extra insurance of it being waterproof 😉 I love this little waterproof bluetooth speaker.
And to help mom out with communication across the house, I love the new Echo Dot and its intercom-like options from other Alexa devices.
Better than electronics, though, how about these fun games to get them outside with their friends?
And I love these options for things they can use on a daily basis.
How sweet is this necklace for a young lady? Actually, I think it would make a great stocking stuffer for mom, too.
Christmas Gift Ideas for Kids
In some way, kids are the easiest to shop for… but I strive to find gift ideas for my kids that are meaningful. Gifts that encourage creative play, adventure, and imagination. Check out these gift ideas for kids below!
For the littlest ones on your list, how about some Magnatiles? I can honestly say that no other toy has had quite the longevity of life with all four of my kids… and you can never have too many! More tiles just means bigger and better creations. Plus, we have some of the off-brand ones, too, and they’re all interchangeable.
I know many people try to buy gifts according to “Something you want / something you need / something to wear / and something to read.” Whether you do or not, books are a wonderful gift idea! These are a few of our absolute favorite book series for kids:
Looking for something a bit more adventurous? How about a zipline for your yard or a hoverboard?
And, of course, we can’t forget games: some old favorites and some new that I’m excited to try. See more of our favorite games here.
Christmas Gift Baskets
One of my favorite ways to give gifts is to collect items in a beautiful gift basket. Consider these creative ideas for presenting any of the gifts listed above, or build on these gift ideas with a themed holiday gift basket.
