A beautiful cozy, white master bedroom decorated with glistening silver and boughs of greenery
I’m dreaming of a white Christmas…
Down here in central Texas, a white Christmas is pretty much an impossibility. But for some reason, that’s what I’ve been craving. I started with a lightly frosted front porch, and a snow-kissed Christmas tree… But then I let the beauty of the fresh cedar in my yard distract me, and my new mantel and the rest of our living room got a more natural green look.
But for my master bedroom, I was determined to go white as much as possible.
So I rounded up mercury glass, white throws, super pale silver ornaments, and leftover greenery (after I’d finished decorating downstairs), and tried to create a simple, light, airy winter space.
In case you can’t tell, the busy-ness of the season has got me craving a little serenity, and in case you’re feeling the same, I’m going to simply stop talking and let you enjoy a little space… 😉
Plus, this week I’m joining up with some of my blogging friends to share a part of our holiday home for the All Through the House Tour.
I can’t wait to take in all this holiday inspiration…
