French Accents
If you’ve been following along for a while (or you’ve read my About Me page), you know that France holds a special place in my heart…
The place. The people. The food. The decor.
So I couldn’t resist an opportunity to tell you about my friend Anita’s new book, French Accents.
Anita is so special to me because she was my very first blog friend that became a real life friend. When I still had no idea what I was doing (not that I have much now), she encouraged me to continue pursuing this slightly crazy career.
And her beautiful “city home” (she has a farmhouse, too – lucky gal!) is full of gorgeous French accents.
Her “country house” is Texas in all its rustic and elegant glory.
And her book is there to help you achieve some of those same French farmhouse touches reasonably and affordably.
There are chapters on where to buy French accents and how to layer real French pieces with more affordable ones, what to look for when buying antiques and how to makeover ones that need a facelift. There are tutorials and tips and tons of gorgeous photography…
All coupled with simple, straightforward descriptions and instructions.
If you love French farmhouse elements but aren’t sure where to start bringing them into your home, you’ll love Anita’s new book!
You can get your signed copy of French Accents from Anita’s shop here! (Also available unsigned from Amazon.)
I hope you’re having a beautiful week!
