Winter Woodland Christmas Tree
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of At Home. All opinions are 100% mine.
I’m putting the finishing touches on my holiday decor in preparation for our Christmas party next weekend (and, of course, my home tour on the blog on Monday!). In the meantime, I’m excited to share with you the fully decorated version of our new Christmas tree.
Like my green and white front porch this year, I wanted something simple, natural, and lovely. I went mostly neutral, but I was inspired by these red berries I collected from my yard and placed in a mercury glass vase.
So I pulled out some old burlap and chiffon ribbon I had in my stash for texture, added tons of pinecones, and stuck in these gorgeous flocked branches I found from At Home.
And while I have loved making handmade ornaments in past years, I felt that with my busy family and all the other plans I had for decorating and hosting this year, I needed some ready-to-go tree decor this year. Rather than using just one of At Home’s decorative themes (though they are adorable, and it’s so simple the way they are curated for you!), I browsed through them all and chose a variety of neutral elements with lots of texture. And with their everyday low prices, I didn’t have to spend a fortune.
I love how the combination gives a subtle woodland feel: natural, neutral, wintery…
And maybe even a touch glamorous.
Though I haven’t wrapped (or even bought!) most of the gifts for this year, I think simple papers, butcher’s twine, and greenery are the perfect complement to this Tree for Me.
I can’t wait to show you the rest of the tour on Monday.
In the meantime, be sure to check out At Home Christmas Decor and Christmas Trees to deck your halls this season. And tell me, is your tree ready to go yet?
