Well, friends, I am very pleased to tell you that Mr. Pax and I are getting some much needed R&R this weekend while grandparents stay with Little and Littler Pax. Hooray! Because of that, I have the privilege of introducing to you a fun new friend, and I’m sure you’ll love her work as much as I do. Jenna is an adorable southern gal, and I thrilled for y’all 😉 to see this gorgeous project she’s sharing. Thanks for being here, Jenna!! I’ll see you all next week…
A little about me:
On of my biggest passions is re-vamping furniture. I am a sucker for old pieces of furniture that are just begging to be beautiful again. This is my latest re-vamp:
For the body, I mixed up some homemade chalk paint with a simple white paint sample I had on hand.
For the drawers, I mixed up more homemade chalk paint, but this time I just played with colors to come up with a custom gray color. I started with white and added some dark gray left over from the french country chest makeover.
It took about two coats of the gray on the drawers and three of the white.
I would also love to have you visit me over at my blog!
Did you enjoy that?
