Bright White Laundry and Mud Room
With three kids, I tell you, my family can make some serious laundry. And shoes? We’ve got millions. Oh, and bags – purses, diaper bags, backpacks, soccer bags… well, you get the picture. All that to say, a functional laundry and mud room is worth its weight in gold.
And I am so thankful that we finished it (just in time to move, of course. 😉 )
To fully appreciate the after, you’ll have to go see what it was like before here. You can also see how we installed our mud room unit about a year ago here.
But then we stopped. We were waiting to complete the kitchen (you can see that full reveal here)… All that to say, better late than never. I’ll just stop talking now and let you walk around. Source list at the end of the post.

Oh Rachel!
This looks amazing!
Love the results! Thank you for sharing!;)
Thank you so much! I’m so glad you like it. 🙂
What are the countertops?
It’s the same granite we put in our kitchen; it’s called azul platino. Hope this helps!
It’s so pretty! What is your wall colour please? I love it!
I’m so glad you like it, Anne! It’s called Colonnade Gray by Sherwin Williams; we carried the same color through our kitchen and butler’s pantry. Hope this helps! 🙂
It looks great you did a good job of making every space functional.
Thank you so much, Marlene!
Beautiful Rachel…so fresh and bright like your entire home…
Thank you so much, Shirley!! xx
Your mud room/laundry room is AWESOME!! I love what you have done with it. I think a mud room is an essential part of the home. It helps to keep the dirt and dirty things contained to one are….hopefully. You have made my laundry room dreams. I am not sure what is worse…..my kids when they were little or now when they are 13 and 16. I think the laundry has increased since they have gotten older.
Oh Tracy, you are so kind! I also think it’s necessary – I might lose my mind otherwise. 😉 And you’re not the only one to tell me that it only gets worse… It makes me appreciate a good laundry/mud room all the more!
Gorgeous! Love the gray bead board walls with the white moulding. And the tile is stunning!
Thank you so much, Peggy! I’m so glad you like it. 🙂
Absolutely astounding! Love this blog!!!
Oh thank you, Anabel!
