Home Style Saturdays
My heart is so grieved for my home town right now. Born and raised in Houston, I spent this week wrestling with so much grief, fear, and sadness. But I am so thankful to hear and see so many beautiful things coming from this tragedy. Do we gloss over the loss? Certainly not. But we can find hope and joy in the stories of sacrifice, redemption, healing, and unity found in a crisis like the one caused by Hurricane Harvey. You can see more of my love for and thoughts on my hometown from my IG post this week. In the meantime, please be sure that you are treasuring each beautiful thing in your life as a gift right now.
