
Stir eggs, milk, and cheese in a medium bowl and whisk to mix.
Pour egg mixture over chopped ingredients, evenly dividing between the two pie crusts.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing.
Serve with fresh fruit, salad, or other brunch essentials.
I love to use leftover ham for this recipe. I have also subbed in bacon once or twice. Both options are delicious!
