Susan’s Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients

stick butter
3
oz
bittersweet or semisweet chocolate
3/4
c
cocoa
1 1/2
c
sugar
1
c
evaporated milk
or heavy cream
1
t
vanilla
Instructions
In a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate
Stir in cocoa and sugar
Cook (stirring occasionally) over medium high heat for 45 min
Add evaporated milk and cook (stirring often) for 10 min
Add vanilla and stir

Serve warm over ice cream, fruit, cake, pie... really anything you want!
