Mix fruit, lemon juice, and vanilla in baking pan/jars.
In a bowl, mix egg, sugar, and flour into a course meal.
Cover fruit with mixture.
Drizzle melted butter over all.
Bake 30 min for mason jars or 45 for 8x8 pan (until a little brown).

1/2 pint mason jars are perfect for individual servings. Plus, there's just enough room above the cooked cobbler to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream before you serve. Delicious and adorable!
