Simple Strawberry Champagne Cocktail
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Andre Champagne. All opinions are 100% mine.
This sweet strawberry and champagne cocktail is the perfect way to make any occasion special.
Despite the fall home tour I shared on Monday and pumpkin latte recipes floating around these days, the reality in my neck of the woods (and many, many other places) is that the scorching temperatures are finally waning slightly, and we are finally getting outside in the cooler evenings and enjoying our back porch. And as I promised when I shared our outdoor dinner party, I have a cocktail recipe for you to try.
So whether you are moving outside for this season or in, a sweet champagne cocktail with strawberries soaked in orange liqueur is a fun way to celebrate whatever you fancy.
Here’s the secret: use frozen strawberries and let them thaw in the orange liqueur. That’s it. Super duper simple.
Simple Strawberry Champagne Cocktail:
- frozen strawberries
- orange liqueur
- Andre Brut Champagne
- Spoon 2-4 frozen strawberries (depending on size) in each glass
- Pour 1 tablespoon of orange liqueur over the strawberries
- Let thaw for 30 min to an hour
- Fill each glass with Andre Champagne and serve
The frozen strawberries thawing in the liqueur creates a sweet and fruity syrup, perfect for infusing your champagne with flavor. Since they are better the longer they marinate, this is a perfect treat to prep ahead and serve at a party. If you’re short on time, though, no worries… It’s delicious right away, too!
I think these would be lovely for a wedding shower, a girls’ night, or even just an evening on the back porch. When and where would you like to try them? Just remember to always always drink responsibly. 🙂 #EpicWithAndre

Looks good for my wedding ceremony. What about bitters. I don’t see that in this reciepe but would be good. Where can i buy them?
Hi Ann! I think you could find bitters at any local liquor store. Glad you like the cocktail!
