6 Reasons to Celebrate Valentine’s Day
So I’ve told you before that I’m not usually a big Valentine’s Day celebrator… but after my no sew heart pillow from Monday, I confess that I’ve been appreciating the sentiments of this funny little paper and candy holiday. Though I may not be a big fan of those little candy hearts that taste like TUMS (seriously, who wants to eat chalk for dessert?!), I’ve got six reasons for you to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year.
1. Because we all need constant reminders that love is what matters…

2. Because it is better to give than to receive…

3. Because repurposing buttons (or anything) into beauty is ingenuity and sustainability at its best…

4. Because I will take ANY excuse I can get for some extra hugs and kisses from Mr. Pax and the kiddos…

5. Because, chocolate (need I say more?)…

6. Because none of us tell our loved ones how much they mean to us as often as we should…

So whether you’re married or single, crafty or not, in elementary school or at the office, I hope you can celebrate the ones you love this month in your own special way.
