Rustic Thanksgiving Tablescape with Plaid and Copper
Be inspired to create a gorgeous, rustic Thanksgiving tablescape with these Thanksgiving decorating ideas! This table incorporates plaid, copper, and wood to create a beautiful yet relaxed look.
___________
After Wednesday’s post, I bet you thought I’d skipped past Thanksgiving all together and run for Christmas at full steam. Although I was tempted (since I’m not, after all, actually hosting Thanksgiving this year), I do have one more Thanksgiving inspiration for you.
I had a lot of fun putting together this table. I was inspired by the plaid blanket scarf I used underneath my Thanksgiving printable leaves last week and just ran with it.
Log slices and pine cones further the rustic feel of the plaid…
While the crisp white plates and copper accents complement the rustic with a little sophisticated chic.
I followed my own advice in my video on how to create a Thanksgiving table and carried a few accents into the surrounding space.
I must say, both of the Thanksgiving tables I created this year make me kind of wish I were hosting!
“Kind of” being the operative term. Not being responsible for the day has its perks, too. 😉
How about you? Are you hosting? Either way, I hope you have a beautiful, special time celebrating God’s goodness and enjoying your loved ones.
If you’re interested, you can shop this tablescape below. Note that the succulent pumpkins were a diy (tutorial here).
What a stunning and simple table! Your style is A-MAZING Rachel! I just ordered 8 of the wood chargers. Thanks for the inspiration!
I’m so so glad you like it, sweet Yvonne! Big hugs to you, my friend. xx
I’m a huge fan of the copper and rustic wood slices Rachel…always so well done!
Thank you so much, Janet! xx
I love w wryly one of your ideas and posts. Just moved into our new home and hustling to make it my own. I’m stuck on some wall space in the formal dining a d need your magic!! 😉
Beautiful. Where can I get that table cloth?
It’s actually a plaid blanket scarf! A lot of craft stores sell beautiful plaids that you could easily just trim and throw on the table. 🙂
So beautiful!!! Does that type of plaid have a particular name? I can’t find anything like it anywhere. I’m hosting my first Thanksgiving this year and would love to recreate your look!!
Thanks for your inspiration!!
Holly, I’m not really sure, but I know the craft stores often have lots of different plaid options!
